During the IVA High enrollment process, you were given access to your student's Aeries Portal. Aeries is our school's information system and with access you are able to see your student's attendance, grades, and other information. Please log in to your Aeries account with this link to verify all of the inputted demographic and contact information is correct. If there are any issues, please send an email to Marisol Marquez at marisol.marquez@academylongbeach.org.
Secondly, our office collected required documents from you to enroll your students. These documents are as follows: birth certificate of the student, immunization records, proof of address, and IEP/504 documents (if applicable). If you have not turned in one or more of these documents, please submit a scan of them to registration@academylongbeach.org as soon as possible. We will be contacting you in the coming week to ask for missing documents. All documents need to be submitted prior to the first day of school on August 30th.
